| Exclusive and Semi-Exclusive Picture Sets |
- Picture sets should be sent to PO BOX NO 396 Hounslow TW5 0XT
- Each picture set should be submitted on a separate CD or DVD along with digital copies of the 'model release' form signed by the model(s) involved, the model's 'proof of identity' and 'proof of age'.
- A submission sheet should be completed and submitted with all picture set submissions. Print a copy and read F.A.Q. on how to fill in the sheet.
- APS does not use 'Mac' computers so this should be borne in mind when producing a CD or DVD.
- The CD or DVD should be marked with the 'Contributor's Number' and the 'Contributor Set Number' (see F.A.Q.) to indicate the contributor and the contributors set identification prior to the picture set being added to the APS web site
- Each CD or DVD should be accompanied by a hard copy of the model release form from all principle participants together with proof of identity, proof of age(s), a short paragraph to include on the site explaining what the picture set is about so as to assist editors and picture buyers in making their choice, and, in the case of non-exclusive sets a list of approximately 30 keywords buyers are likely to search their set for. Please use this model release for all picture sets from now on if possible.
- Ideally pictures should be supplied in camera RAW and each CD or DVD should contain both RAW and high quality JPG images saved into separate folders on the disc. In the case of pictures taken pre-APS then high quality JPG and TIF images may be submitted for the exclusive and semi-exclusive section, but ideally they should be in RAW format. When the exclusive images are sold and the licence period expires the set will be moved into the semi-exclusive section. When the semi-exclusive images are sold and the licence period expires the JPG images and keywords are used to add the set to the non-exclusive section.
- Minimum resolution for exclusive material is 6 mega pixel images.
- Avoid excessive sharpening and enhanced saturation.
- Where possible Contributors should use the APS model release when taking photographs for submitting to APS. However, we appreciate this will not be possible for picture sets taken prior to APS
- Contributors must hold the copyright or be authorised by the copyright holder to submit the images for sale.
- It is the Contributor's responsibility to ensure all models are 18 years of age or over at the time the pictures were taken.
- A set supplied for the exclusive section must be for the sole use of APS in order to maintain exclusivity and be on the site for a minimum of six (6) months. Picture sets supplied elsewhere in addition to APS or cannot be kept in the exclusive section for the minimum six (6) months should be submitted to the semi-exclusive or non-exclusive section.
- A typical set should contain between 100 and 150 pictures.
- Sets with under 50 pictures may be accepted if the content is marketable.
- APS will email the contributor on acceptance of a set with the APS set reference number which should then be added to the APS set number section on the 'Submission Sheet' should it be so required in the future.

| Quality Control |
- Pictures will be assessed for sharpness, composition, colour, flesh tones, and contrast.
- We may remove pictures from a set if it is felt that they lower the overall quality of the set.
- Do not submit identical or virtually identical pictures.

| Content |
- It is important to try and keep content original. The girl on a bed with a dildo set has been done to death by every adult photographer and therefore unless it's an unpublished model it has limited saleability.
- Backgrounds are vital to setting the tone and style of the set. Some editors will look for sophisticated up market backgrounds whilst others will prefer down to earth even cluttered backdrops.
